this semi has never really been touched other then a few additions through the 1900s such as carpet, electrics and a shower curtain! original fireplaces, oven, and washing boiler were all exposed through demo stage along with a range of building challenges only found in properties over 100 years old. da took over 1 year tending to heritage and conservation requirments, clients need and council constraints. by the end of this build it will have transformed from a two bedroom house with no bathroom, to a three bedroom, two bathroom home ready for a growing family. architect.
